If you create an account, we collect your email address, name (optional), and password (stored as a secure hash). We do not collect or store any personal health information (PHI).

All hospital waiting list data displayed on this platform is publicly available aggregate data published by the NTPF. It contains no information about individual patients.

How we use your data

• To send alert notifications you have opted into

Third parties

We use Resend for email delivery. We do not process payments or share your data with payment providers.

Data retention

You can delete your account at any time, which removes all your personal data, alerts, and saved comparisons.

GDPR

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@carecompass.health for any data requests.
